Josie & Jonathan got married at the beautiful Ashton Gardens DFW in one of my absolute favorite weddings of the year! The pictures offer just a glimpse into how special and stunning this day was, and I’m so excited to share some of them here! The weather was absolutely perfect and they had so many amazing friends and family show up to celebrate their love and share this special day with them.
Josie and Jonathan’s dating anniversary is 3/11, so they got married on 3/11 at 3:11pm. How cute is that??

Ashton Gardens features a beautiful chapel and reception space with large windows and greenery all around. It truly feel like you aren’t in Dallas anymore and will surely impress your guests when they see those tall windows! Plus the lighting and backdrops make for some really beautiful detail photos on your wedding day.
Getting Ready in the Large Bridal Suite
Josie and Jon both have big extended families and a lot of people that love them! So I loved that they took a moment with each person that was special to them to get photos together while they got ready for the ceremony. Josie in particular had all the important women in her life help her get ready, sharing a special moment with each of them.
Ceremony at the Ashton Gardens Chapel
Josie & Jonathan had a traditional ceremony with a few special moments of their own included, such as a unity candle, wedding lasso and a really special moment where they had all of their family come on stage and pray over them.
Golden Hour Portraits
The weather and lighting on Josie & Jon’s wedding day was perfect! We were able to get beautiful golden hour light for them right after their ceremony, which resulted in the most beautiful portraits.
A Fun Night at the Ashton Gardens Reception Hall
The reception was so much fun and full of events like a traditional Philippine folk dance, a groomsman performed a song, there was a dollar dance, plus all the usual wedding festivities! It was a jammed packed night, and I know everyone had a blast. Plus, Jon did a surprise dance with his mom during their mother/son dance! (You don’t want to miss that pic!)
