Taking photos shouldn't add to the stress of your wedding day. When you hire me, you get more than just someone who shows up, takes a few photos and goes home. The Madeline C Photography experience is personal and fun! I take a photojournalistic approach to my work, which means I don't just take pictures of the posed, static shots, I document every detail of the day and do my best to capture candid moments that tell your story. I like to get to know my couples and what's important to them, so I can be sure to capture memories they'll cherish forever. I do my best to take away all the stress, so you can just focus on enjoying your wedding day!

the experience

it's all about

When planning your wedding, it's important to choose a photographer who you connect with and whose work you admire and value. With good photography, you're paying for more than just a few pictures, you're paying for memories. These photos will hopefully bring you joy for years to come, which is why they should be viewed as an investment. I believe my work is worth that investment, and I'd love to talk with you about it!

Send me a message through my contact page, and we can get started! Can't wait to work with you!

To book your wedding, a signed contract and 30% retainer is required. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding.

My base price includes full day coverage, 2 photographers, a complimentary engagement session and an online gallery of edited images to download and order prints.

I like to keep things simple. From my own experience as a bride-turned-photographer, I know what the average couple needs for their wedding day to go smoothly and what I need to produce my best work. So I don't offer packages. Just one price that includes everything you need!

A: For weddings, I start booking 18 months out, so the earlier the better! Just send me a message to inquire about your date.

For portraits, I start booking 6 months out, but weekends typically fill up about a month in advance.

Q: when should we book?

A: I hear this from A LOT of couples, but it never turns out to be true. I’ll put you in flattering poses, give you fun prompts and catch you guys in sweet candid moments to capture your true personalities. No awkward smiles or weird hand placements. I promise.

Q: we’re really awkward in front of the camera! can you help?

A: I don’t have a set number of photos I deliver, so it totally depends! But you can usually expect around 60 images per hour or more! Photos are delivered through an online gallery where you can download them in high-resolution and order professional prints if you’d like!

Q: how many pictures do we get and how do we get them?

A: For weddings, I send sneak peeks within 24 hours, and deliver the full gallery within one month. For portraits, galleries are ready within 2 weeks!

Q: how long do we have to wait for our images?

A: Send me a message through my contact page, and I’ll send you my pricing guide, which has even more FAQs in it!! I’d also love to meet up in person and get all those questions answered for you. I want you to feel confident in your decision to work with me!

Q: i have more questions! help!
