Hey everybody! In 2019 when my business really started taking off, I invested in an online software that I wanted to share about. This CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software has been extremely helpful in organizing my business and has dramatically improved my client experience! It’s called Dubsado, and you should definitely check it out.

 

What’s great about Dubsado:

1. It allows me to keep track of every inquiry and client, all in one place

Dubsado is like the home-base for my business. When I log in, I can see new emails, invoices that have missed payments, contracts I need to countersign, as well as a list of tasks I need to get done. It’s so nice having everything in one place so I don’t have to worry about dropping the ball on any of my clients!

2. It allows clients to schedule their session online

This feature is huge! No more emailing back and forth trying to find a date that works best for everyone, while juggling multiple clients at the same time. Dubsado’s scheduling feature syncs up with my Google Calendar and automatically blocks off any dates or times I’m not available. It can also be set up to prompt clients to pay a deposit to book their date. Seriously such a time saver!

3. It takes care of contracts & invoices

Dubsado allows me to send clients contracts and invoices through their site. Contracts can easily be filled out and signed online by both parties! No more paper contracts in the mail or forcing your client to print something out to sign. Invoices are also very professional looking with your own business branding attached. And you can set up secure payment options for clients that includes credit card. It also allows easy-to-set-up payment plans, so you can accommodate your client’s financial needs!

4. It keeps emails in one place and let’s me know when they’ve been read

This feature is honestly such a relief. Any time you send an email through Dubsado, you’re able to see when the email has been read by the client. This keeps you from worrying that your emails are ending up in spam or are never received! It also keeps all communication with each client separate, so you don’t have to wade through your entire email inbox to find the client you’re looking for.

5. It adds professionalism to my business

This software has made such a difference in my client experience. Clients feel confident that they’re using a professional when I have systems in place to make the process for them as easy as possible. Dubsado also doesn’t promote their own brand on things being sent to your client, so all invoices, contracts, etc., have your own branding on them to make your business appear professional and cohesive!

 

This is a short summary of my favorite features, but Dubsado honestly does so much more!! It has finance tracking, automation, proposals, workflows, address book, time tracker and more. It really is the backbone of my business.
